Welcome to our Sheldon Hills Community Homeowner Association! Thank you for choosing to live in this premier community. We are very excited about what this community and the Homeowner Association has to offer. This page is to help familiarize you with the Sheldon Hills Homeowner Association and the service and amenities it has to offer. We work very hard to educate and involve the homeowners in managing the Homeowners Association.

Sheldon Hills Homeowners Association offers resort style amenities and services. Common Area Grounds Maintenance and Irrigation.
State of the Art Clubhhouse operating expenses and reserves for interior items.

Grounds Maintenance & Snow removal for designated homes.
Reserves for Resurfacing the walking trails.
